The Henriques 35 Express is a fiberglass express cruiser built for offshore fishing and extended Caribbean cruising. Powered by twin Volvo Penta diesel engines producing 860 hp combined, the boat reaches approximately 22 knots at cruising speed and 27 knots at full throttle. The expansive cockpit spans roughly 100 square feet and is purpose-built for fishing and entertaining, featuring dual fish boxes, a livewell, bait preparation station, and ample tackle storage.
Below decks, accommodations include a cabin with double berth, dinette with table, compact galley, and a head with shower. The layout balances comfort with functionality for extended time on the water or island hopping. A 5 kW Westerbeke diesel generator supports air-conditioned comfort at anchor.
Recent upgrades include a new Dometic 16,000 BTU air-conditioning system with new control unit and replaced ductwork throughout. The back end was overhauled by Broward, and all cabin and cockpit cushions received new vinyl upholstery. An anchor windlass was newly installed with approximately 200 feet of anchor line and 60 feet of chain. Lee outriggers were fitted in 2017. The flybridge helm offers excellent visibility for trolling and docking. The port engine, a later-generation Volvo Penta TAMD 74 EDC, was professionally installed two years ago; both engines are estimated to have 4,000–5,000 hours.
