2000 Island Packet 350

This 2000 Island Packet 350 is a classic cruising sailboat built around Island Packet's signature full foil keel design. The hull combines hand-laid triaxial fiberglass with an integrated keel for strength and durability, while the deck uses PolyCore construction. At 36 feet 10 inches overall with a 12-foot beam, the boat offers a solid platform for extended cruising with moderate draft that opens access to shallow-water anchorages. Power comes from a Yanmar 3JHE diesel engine producing 38 horsepower.

The interior centers on a large open salon with folding dining table and L-shaped settee arrangement that converts to sleeping berths. Two cabins provide separate accommodations: an aft stateroom with full-width double berth and cedar-lined hanging locker, and a forward owner's cabin with pullman berth and private access to the head. The galley is a substantial U-shaped space with a 14-cubic-foot refrigerator, two-burner LPG stove with oven, and double stainless sink. Teak is used throughout the interior, with cabin soles of teak and holly except in high-traffic areas finished in molded fiberglass. The head features an electric Eco-Vac toilet and dedicated shower seat.

On deck, the cockpit provides 7½-foot contoured seating and a separate raised helm position with padded backrest. Additional features include wide side decks with raised bulwarks, a swim platform, Lewmar anchor windlass with electric controls, folding davits, and stainless steel pulpit and lifelines with boarding gates. Canvas includes a Sunbrella dodger, bimini, connecting panel, and cockpit cushions, plus a winter cover.

The boat carries comprehensive electronics including dual VHF radios, SSB with automatic antenna tuner, dual Garmin chartplotters, Furuno 36-mile radar, and B&G instruments with autopilot. Power is managed through extensive 12-volt and 120-volt systems with six Group 31 AGM batteries, a 110-amp alternator, and 16,000 BTU air conditioning and heat. Sails include full-batten main with single-line reefing, 130-percent furling genoa, and self-tacking staysail on a Hoyt boom.
