2000 Jupiter 31 Center Console

This 2000 Jupiter 31 is a 33-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin 600-horsepower Suzuki gasoline engines, delivering a cruising speed of 31 knots and a top speed of 43 knots. The boat was re-powered and refitted in 2018, with the hull bottom recently repainted and maintained on a lift.

The open layout centers around a raised helm console with dual Garmin 7612 plotters, dual Garmin VHF radios, and a Fusion MS-NRX 300 head unit driving four JL 7.7-inch speakers. Navigation and vessel systems include a 1 kW transducer, power steering, underwater lights in blue and white, cockpit lighting, and fresh water shower. The boat carries three batteries with a trickle charger and multiple power outlets.

Fishing amenities include 20-foot Taco outriggers with Top Gun mounts, 12-inch gunwale rod holders, gaff rod racks, a bow-mounted live well, and a cleaning station. A leaning post with under-seat storage, removable T-top with dual sunroofs, and bow cushioning are fitted forward. Console curtains with side spray wings and a removable buddy seat provide weather protection and passenger comfort.

Deck hardware includes a windlass with 25 feet of chain and 250 feet of rope, a spare Danforth anchor with 10 feet of chain and 75 feet of rope, plus extra lines and fenders. A fresh water washdown system and raw water washdown are installed throughout.
