2000 Luhrs 400 Convertible

This 40-foot Luhrs convertible is built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Cummins diesel engines totaling 860 horsepower, delivering a cruising speed of 24 knots and a top speed of 28 knots. The boat features a trim tab for improved handling and is equipped with a fighting chair and rocket launcher for serious fishing.

The yacht accommodates two cabins and one head. The guest cabin was stripped and repaired following water intrusion; templates for the original bunks were retained for the next owner's reference.

Recent service and upgrades include engines rebuilt in 2015, new engines and transmissions service, transmission cooler service, new batteries, new CO2 detectors, new topside paint, a new portside rub rail, new refrigerator and freezer, new A/C controls, newer GPS and VHF radio, newer flybridge cushions, and new bilge pumps.
