The 2000 Mainship Pilot 34 is a fiberglass express cruiser built around downeast lines and practical cruising efficiency. A single Cummins 330 horsepower diesel engine with ZF transmission delivers cruising speeds of 14–15 knots, with a top speed of 18 knots. The design emphasizes visibility from both the helm and salon deck, with excellent engine access through an easy lift hatch—a practical layout for maintenance and systems monitoring.
The accommodation interior features rich wood throughout nicely appointed cabins, with quality upholstery and full galley amenities including a Nova Cool refrigerator and Princess cooktop. The boat includes an Atwood hot water tank, Vacu-Flush head, and MarineAir air-conditioning with reverse cycle heating. A transom door and swim platform support water access and entertaining.
Navigation and convenience systems include a large-screen Garmin GPS and radar, Raymarine depth and fish finder, and VHF radio. Trim tabs, a SidePower bow thruster, and a Lewmar windlass with controls at both helm and foredeck enhance handling and docking. The ground tackle consists of a 33-pound Bruce anchor. Two new 4D AGM batteries were installed in October 2025, and the electrical system runs a ProTournament charger. Systems have been professionally serviced.
