2000 Maxum 3000 SCR
About This Yacht
This 2000 Maxum 3000 SCR is a 33-foot fiberglass cruiser powered by twin 5.0-liter Bravo II MerCruiser engines producing 440 horsepower combined. The boat features a well-appointed helm station with a polished burl wood wheel, comprehensive instrumentation, and a radar arch. Exterior highlights include stainless steel bow rails, wraparound windshield, an integral transom platform with telescoping ladder and fresh water shower, a spacious foredeck sunpad, and full canvas enclosure with two Bimini tops.
The interior layout accommodates multiple berths: a forward cabin with an unusually angled berth, a private midship berth, and a large convertible berth in the salon. The salon features an Ultraleather settee surrounding a dinette with polished cherry or washed maple cabinetry. The galley is fully equipped with Avonite countertops and gourmet design. Natural light comes from skylights, windows, and strip lighting throughout. Average standing headroom is six feet four inches.
The head includes a large molded shower, sink, mirror, overhead lighting, and storage. Finishing touches include dusty teal and rose fabrics, colorful cushions, and overstuffed throw pillows. All fiberglass construction in the head compartments and engineered foam seating structures with varying inclines support comfort during extended cruising.
The starboard engine requires piston ring replacement in cylinder one; compression and leak-down testing has been completed. A new Sierra carburetor was installed on that engine and is included. The boat is sold with approximately 150 gallons of triple-treated, fuel-stabilized marine gasoline.
