2000 Regal 4160 Regal

This 2000 Regal 4160 is a 42-foot express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull with a 14.5-foot beam. The boat was repowered in 2025 with twin Cummins 6BTA remanufactured diesel engines rated at 370 horsepower each, paired with reconditioned turbos, starters, and alternators. New fuel injectors, raw water pumps, belts, and hoses were installed along with recoated fuel tanks and new fuel system components. The aftercoolers and heat exchangers were disassembled, cleaned, and resealed. An oil and filter change was performed in May 2025.

The 4160 features two staterooms, two heads, and a galley. The open salon layout and wide beam create a spacious interior with large windows throughout. The cockpit is expansive, with ample seating for gathering and entertaining. The design emphasizes bright, functional living spaces typical of Regal's cruiser-class construction.

Performance cruising speeds reach 18 knots, with a maximum speed of 25 knots. The boat's fiberglass hull and diesel power plant are engineered for smooth handling and reliability in various conditions, whether on coastal cruises or weekend trips.
