2000 Regulator 23 Center Console

This 23-foot Regulator is a fiberglass center console built for fishing and open-water cruising. Twin 2-stroke Yamaha 150 hp outboards power the boat to a top speed of 38 knots, with a cruising speed of 26 knots. The engines were installed in 2007 and have logged 615 hours. A deep-V hull design provides a smooth ride in rough conditions.

The spacious open layout offers ample rod holders and storage throughout. Coaming pads line the gunwales for comfort and practicality. A hydraulic steering system manages the twin outboards, and Lenco trim tabs aid in boat control. Large fuel capacity supports extended time on the water. An Eisenglass enclosure surrounds the console with side wings for weather protection.

Navigation and electronics include a Garmin radar and a new large-screen Garmin multifunction display. A Fusion sound system with marine speakers and amps handles entertainment. Pop-up cleats reduce clutter when not in use. New batteries have been installed. A Venture double-axle aluminum trailer is included.
