This 2000 Rinker Fiesta Vee 270 is a 27-foot fiberglass cruiser powered by a single 300 hp Mercruiser engine, capable of 42 mph at top speed and 25 mph cruising. In 2019 the boat received a complete mechanical overhaul: a new Mercruiser 350 MPI engine and Bravo 3 outdrive were installed, followed by comprehensive service work including new manifold assemblies, exhaust components, gimbal bearings, trim hoses, and related systems. Since that installation, the engine has logged 161 hours.
The yacht has been substantially updated throughout. New electrical wiring supports a full navigation suite: Garmin GPSMAP 1243xsv chartplotter with integrated 3D sonar, Garmin 18xHD radar with 48 nautical mile range, and Standard Horizon VHF radio. The generator—a Kohler 5E with just 40 hours—has received new brushes, seawater pump, impeller, and heat exchanger service. Interior updates include a new galley with refrigerator and microwave, climate control with new A/C and heating units, Raritan marine toilet with bluetooth control, fresh carpeting, and reupholstered seating. The Bomar hatch, Sunbrella bimini top, and underwater LED lighting are new.
Exterior and deck hardware have been refreshed with new zinc anodes, custom Rinker decals, and aft spreader lights. The boat has been garaged on a trailer and flushed with fresh water after each use. A 1992 aluminum triple axle trailer with 10,000 GVW capacity is available separately, fitted with newer springs, disc brakes, and six relatively new tires.
