2000 Sea Ray 280 Sun Sport

This 2000 Sea Ray 280 Sun Sport is a fiberglass sports cruiser powered by a 385 hp MerCruiser 7.4 EFI engine with captain's choice through-transom exhaust and Bravo III drive. The boat has accumulated only 207 hours and has been stored indoors in a heated facility since new. It was never used as overnight accommodation.

The yacht comes equipped with factory options including digitally controlled reverse cycle heating and air conditioning, a Lofrans windlass, and an extended swim platform with davits for a dinghy. Additional equipment includes a Lowrance LMS 337 chart plotter and GPS, an auto fire extinguishing system, and a snap-in carpet system throughout with protective canvas covers. Canvas protection includes a cockpit cover, bimini with front curtains, and camper aft cover.

The bottom has been barrier coated with 11 mils of Interlux Interprotect 2000 epoxy and top coated with Interlux Micron Extra. Recent service work includes new batteries, drive service and gear lube, raw water pump replacement, tune-up, plugs, ignition distributor cap and rotor, fuel filters, oil and filter change. The package includes a custom welded tri-axle trailer with disc brakes on all wheels and newer radial tires.
