2000 Sea Ray 480 Sedan Bridge

This 2000 Sea Ray 480 Sedan Bridge is a 48-foot diesel-powered motor yacht built on a fiberglass hull. Twin Caterpillar 3196 engines produce 660 horsepower each, driving the boat to a maximum speed of 28.5 knots and a cruising speed of 23 knots. The boat runs on straight inboard direct-drive transmissions with a bow thruster for maneuvering, and features a hydraulic swim platform rated for 1,250 pounds.

The yacht accommodates three cabins and two heads, providing comfortable sleeping and sanitary arrangements for extended cruising. The sedan bridge layout offers excellent sightlines and control, while the four-sided polycarbonate fly bridge enclosure allows year-round use of the upper deck.

Recent updates include replacement of all exterior upholstery within the last two years and new hoses and clamps throughout the engine room. The navigation suite has been upgraded with a new Garmin 8612 multifunction display, Garmin autopilot, xHD radar, and a new VHF radio with AIS, all mounted in new dash panels with a new Sunbrella cover. An anchor windlass was installed in spring 2026, and the house battery system has been replaced with new 8D batteries. Stainless steel lift cylinders on the swim platform are new.
