2000 Sharpe 16x90

This 90-foot Sharpe aluminum houseboat from 2000 combines spacious living with well-maintained mechanical systems. Twin 5.0L Mercury engines with Bravo II outdrives power the boat, supported by a 12.5 KW Westerbeke generator and a 2500-watt inverter paired with six batteries. The engines and generator show moderate use at 269 and 635 hours respectively.

The interior accommodates six bedrooms including a queen master suite and two additional queen guest cabins with vanities, plus three cuddy berths. Two full bathrooms include head, vanity, and shower-tub combinations. The galley features all stainless steel appliances, a 30-inch self-cleaning range, Samsung refrigerator with bottom freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and wine cooler. A separate laundry room contains a stack washer and dryer installed in 2024. The salon includes an entertainment center with flat-screen television and surround sound.

The flybridge offers molded seating and dual controls, with a custom double roof wet bar featuring granite countertops, a Blackstone griddle, and beverage center. An inside stairwell connects to the upper deck. The dining area incorporates an island with two stools and storage, while a galley bar features glass doors. A 4.5-ton Trane HVAC system and three 10-gallon residential hot water heaters (installed 2023) provide climate and water heating.

Additional features include 300 gallons of water capacity, 200-gallon holding tank, 200 gallons of fuel plus a 95-gallon PWC tank, and party top with fans and lights under new canvas (2024). The aft deck includes two PWC ramps and a roof davit, plus a water slide. A front deck eisinglass and screen enclosure was added in 2023. The top deck is pre-wired for a hot tub and includes granite finishes.
