This 2000 Silverton 453 is a 47-foot fiberglass motor yacht powered by twin Caterpillar 3126 diesels delivering 420 horsepower each. The boat features Silverton's signature SideWalk deck design with wide side decks for safe access, a full-beam salon, and an enclosed hardtop flybridge. Recent 1000-hour engine service completed in February 2025 included all fluid changes, filter replacements, impeller and thermostat service, and pressure testing of the aftercoolers. A new bow thruster assembly has been installed. The engines have approximately 1,150 hours, and the Kohler 13.5kW generator shows 1,208 hours.
The interior layout includes three staterooms and two heads. The aft master stateroom spans the full beam with an ensuite head and separate shower. The midship VIP cabin features an island queen bed, while the forward cabin has twin bunks. New mattresses have been fitted throughout the sleeping areas, along with new cabinetry in the V-berth and new carpet and curtains in the main spaces. The galley sits up from the salon and is equipped with Corian countertops, a full-size refrigerator and freezer, a second freezer in the aft cockpit, microwave, stovetop, oven, air fryer, ice maker, and coffee maker. The salon features an L-shaped settee, recliner, wine rack, and large windows.
Climate control includes air conditioning units throughout, with custom A/C systems added to both the helm and aft cockpit. The helm station carries Garmin electronics including a new GPSMAP 1243xsv 12-inch touchscreen multifunction display, a Garmin 7610xsv touchscreen MFD, radar, autopilot, and AIS transceiver. New Fusion audio equipment with SiriusXM capability and four speakers supports entertainment throughout. Additional electronics include a Reolink five-camera security system, new Icom VHF radio with GPS, and Raytheon autopilot and compass systems.
Deck features include a windlass with foot and helm controls, new bow canvas, new chain markers, and a tender launch system with a UMT Marine 1000-pound crane. Seven of ten port lights have been replaced, and new stainless cabinet hardware has been fitted. The swim platform includes a shower with new 25-foot stainless hose, a Weber grill, stainless fishing rod holders, and a dock box. SeaDek-style flooring is installed throughout the exterior. A Mantus sea bridle, fishing rods, 7-step boarding steps, and binoculars are included.
