2000 Stolper 3800 Tournament Express

The 2000 Stolper 3800 Tournament Express is a 38-foot sportfish built for offshore work and cruising. Twin Cummins QSB 5.9 engines produce 840 horsepower combined, delivering a cruising speed of 26 knots at efficient fuel consumption. The open bridge design features a center helm with 360-degree visibility, protected by a three-sided Isinglass enclosure, and includes additional seating on the helm deck.

Below deck, a full cabin provides a large V-berth, galley with cooktop, microwave, sink, and refrigerator, and a separate head with stall shower. The cockpit is purpose-built for fishing, with a baitwell, insulated in-deck fish box, teak decking, tackle storage, and outriggers with spreader lights for offshore work.

The boat has received substantial updates: the engines, transmissions, shafts, and propellers were replaced in 2015. Electronics were upgraded in 2022, paintwork was refreshed that same year, and the Isinglass enclosure was replaced in 2024.
