2000 Sumerset Houseboat

An 80-foot aluminum Sumerset houseboat built in 2000, powered by twin Mercruiser 5.0L EFI V8 engines with bow thruster and Westerbeke generator. The boat sleeps ten across four staterooms: a king owner's suite with en suite bath, a queen VIP cabin, a queen cuddie, and a twin-bed cuddie, plus a sofa bed in the salon. Two full bathrooms feature electric heads with showers, vanities, and linen storage.

The galley is fully equipped with an electric smooth-top range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and large side-by-side refrigerator, along with a spacious peninsula counter and bar with glass-front cabinetry. The salon offers a large sectional with sleeper sofa, television, stereo with five-zone speakers throughout the boat, and substantial seating and table space. All furnishings, cookware, barware, and linens are included.

The boat features extensive deck space across three levels: a flybridge with control station and full bimini coverage plus a dining table; a covered upper deck with hard-top shelter, gas grill, dining set for six, and bar seating; and an uncovered sundeck with eight chaise lounges. A new slide, front and rear stairs, and a full canvas cover complete the outdoor areas. Additional features include a washer and dryer, hot and cold water hookups for the top deck bar, underwater lighting, a swim platform with new Sea Deck, and an onboard fueling station with storage for personal watercraft. Fresh water capacity is 200 gallons; fuel tanks hold 160 gallons total, and holding tanks total 200 gallons. The boat comes equipped with docklines, fenders, and over thirty personal flotation devices.
