2000 Sunseeker Manhattan 64

The 2000 Sunseeker Manhattan 64 is a 65-foot fiberglass motor yacht powered by twin MAN V8 D2848LE403 diesel engines producing 1,580 horsepower total, with a cruising speed of 25 knots. Built in Poole, England, and U.S. Coast Guard documented, this yacht features the classic Manhattan layout with a large flybridge, spacious salon, three staterooms, three guest heads, and separate crew quarters with its own head. The boat also comes equipped with an AB Mares 11 VSX tender and 40-horsepower Yamaha outboard mounted on custom chocks.

The yacht has undergone extensive mechanical service and upgrades. Both engines have received valve lash service, fuel return line replacements, and routine maintenance. The starboard engine mounts were replaced, and port main engine alignment was performed. Transmission coolers were removed, rebuilt, and reinstalled. The steering system received a full rebuild of the ram and replacement of all steering hoses.

A major 2026 yard period at Newport Harbor Shipyard included haul-out and complete running gear service. Both shafts were removed and inspected; cutless bearings and rudder bearings were replaced; shaft seals and seal carriers were serviced; propeller shafts were straightened as needed; and new zincs were installed. The bottom received two coats of paint with a third coat applied at the waterline. Trim tabs were removed, re-bedded, re-plumbed, and reinstalled. Propellers were serviced and balanced.

Interior and exterior upgrades completed under current ownership include new luxury bedding throughout all staterooms with multiple high-thread-count sheet sets, new refrigerator and ice makers, and new televisions. Exterior work encompassed full teak reconditioning, complete upholstery replacement, new Sunbrella canvas and bimini, and routine annual buffing and waxing. Safety systems have been maintained with annual fire system inspections, extinguisher hydro testing, and recent marine electrical inspection. Engine room LED lighting and digital fuel meters were installed.
