2000 Symbol 42 Classic Trawler

The 2000 Symbol 42 Classic Trawler is a fiberglass-hulled trawler powered by twin Cummins diesel engines producing 440 horsepower. Built with a beam of nearly 14 feet, the hull provides exceptional interior volume. The boat features three cabins, two heads, and a notably spacious salon accessed via wide flush walk-arounds with multiple entry points from the aft deck and swim platform.

The galley is positioned on the port side with generous counter space and storage. A flybridge sits above with a built-in barbecue and canvas enclosure. Systems include a bow thruster, water maker, 9-kilowatt Onan generator, and reverse-cycle heating and air conditioning. An Achilles RIB tender with 20-horsepower Honda outboard and davit are included, as is a 10-foot swim platform.

The boat has been owned for the past 12 years and has completed extended cruising throughout British Columbia and Alaska. An equipment refresh and replacement program has been maintained throughout ownership.
