The 2000 Tiara Yachts 3100 Open is a 31-foot fiberglass cruiser built on a modified V-hull design. Twin Crusader 7.4L gasoline engines produce 700 horsepower combined and are equipped with direct drive, fresh water cooling, and prop pockets. The boat reaches a cruising speed of approximately 22 knots and a maximum speed of just over 31 knots. Recessed trim tabs and an electric anchor windlass are standard equipment.
The interior layout includes one cabin and one head, with a full galley and dinette for dining and socializing. The open design accommodates eight people and features a Bimini top with Isinglass enclosure for weather protection. Navigation and communication systems include a Garmin 4210 GPS chart plotter with fish and depth capabilities, Garmin HD radar, a Standard Horizon VHF radio, and autopilot.
The starboard engine underwent a complete rebuild in January 2026 and shows only 6 hours of operation, while the port engine has 1,740 hours. Both engines received full service in February 2026. The boat's systems include new marine batteries installed in November 2025, brand-new marine air conditioning and heating added in April 2026, and a new bottom paint applied in October 2024. Shore power consists of dual 30-amp connections.
