The 2001 Contender 27 is a center console built on a fiberglass hull, measuring 27 feet in length with an 8.67-foot beam. Twin Yamaha engines deliver 600 horsepower total, providing strong performance for fishing and recreational cruising. The boat includes a cuddy cabin for basic shelter and storage.

Recent upgrades encompass new batteries, a Garmin Fandom 18-inch radar, a Sionyx night vision camera, and a Lewmar windlass. Electronics include dual Garmin units—a 7616 and EchoMap—along with a Fusion radio system paired with eight JL speakers. A full boat cover and 2017 Torino trailer are included.
