This 2001 Fairline Targa 43 is a 45-foot fiberglass express cruiser built on the British yard's reputation for refined design and solid construction. Twin Caterpillar diesel engines producing 900 horsepower deliver strong performance, with the engines running just 650 hours. A beam of 12.5 feet provides stability and interior volume, while the design supports a maximum speed of approximately 29 knots.
The yacht features a spacious, open cockpit suited to entertaining and socializing, flowing into an interior finished with natural light and quality craftwork. Two heads serve the living spaces. The layout has been modified with upgraded tables to create a third sleeping berth, adapting the accommodations to owner preference.
Recent work includes a new Northern Lights generator, new propellers, new transmissions, and replacement of the port starter. Engine cooling systems, fuel coolers, and water pumps have been renewed. Electrical and navigation updates include a new inverter with display panel, new autopilot display, and new navigation lights. Interior plumbing has been replaced alongside new plumbing shields, new batteries (five total), and new anchor chain with motor, monitor, and switch. Exhaust systems on both sides are new, as are starboard and port mufflers. Interior flooring has been refreshed and an Alpine stereo installed. All services are current and bottom paint was applied in February 2024. A full set of matching covers is included.
