The 2001 Glacier Bay 2690 is a 26-foot fiberglass catamaran built for coastal fishing and overnight cruising. Twin Yamaha 150 hp two-stroke engines deliver a cruising speed of 25 mph and top speed of 36 mph, with a range of 180 gallons. The boat runs on approximately 400 hours and features an enclosed cabin designed for year-round operation.
The cabin includes a queen-sized berth, a two-person dinette that sleeps additional guests, a galley with AC/DC refrigerator and sink, and a head with porcelain fixture. Fishing amenities include two in-deck fish boxes, a tackle box, a transom freshwater sink with cutting board, and ample deck space. The cabin has custom curtains, a canopy, insect screens, and LED lighting throughout.
Electronics center on a Garmin system: GPSMap 7612xsv chartplotter, GMR 18HD+ radar, GT50-TM transducers, GXM53 antenna, and VHF/AIS radio with PA hailer horn. A Fusion MS-BB100 stereo with remote, RCL-100 spotlight, and Sirocco II fans round out the standard setup. The boat also includes a 5000 BTU AC unit, portable propane heater, new induction cooktop with cookware, Magma grill mount with storage bag, and new Glacier Bay decals.
