2001 Glacier Bay 2690 Coastal Runner

The 2001 Glacier Bay 2690 Coastal Runner is a 26-foot fiberglass cruiser built for year-round coastal operation. Twin Suzuki 150 hp engines, installed in 2018, power the boat. The hull features an enclosed cabin with full-height windows offering 360-degree visibility, reinforced by an Alaskan-heritage design philosophy that includes an aluminum and tempered glass cabin enclosure and a watertight, locking cabin door. The self-bailing cockpit and extensive hardtop stainless steel railings suit extended time on the water.

The single cabin holds a queen-sized cuddle bed with new soft goods and a queen mattress topper, a dinette that converts to a sleeper, a galley with refrigerator, and a marine head with holding tank. A teak storage cabinet, opening port lights, and deck hatches provide additional storage and ventilation. The tinted curved windshield with wipers and tinted cabin windows support comfort and privacy.

Navigation and safety equipment includes dual Lowrance HDS multifunction displays at the helm and aft, a Lewmar electric windlass with bow and helm controls, a 33-pound Lewmar Claw anchor, 350 feet of rope and 20 feet of chain, and four 360 GPM bilge pumps. A Wallace Nordic stove-heater maintains cabin warmth, and a new washdown pump supports maintenance. The freshwater system includes a water tank.

The boat received a recent full engine service. Bottom paint was applied two years ago. The trailer carries new tires and a spare set. Stainless steel and chromed bronze hardware throughout.
