The 2001 Hunter 380 is a midsize cruising sailboat built on a fiberglass hull with a Yanmar diesel engine. Known for thoughtful design, this model delivers comfortable accommodations and strong sailing characteristics for coastal cruising.

Interior layout centers on a spacious salon with an L-shaped galley, full beam aft stateroom, and one head. Large windows and overhead hatches flood the cabin with natural light and provide ventilation throughout. The galley offers substantial refrigeration and storage, while the open salon plan makes entertaining straightforward.

The boat carries navigation electronics suitable for coastal work. Equipment includes a dinghy, a solar panel with WiFi MPPT controller, and a full enclosure canvas added in 2024. A custom winter cover was installed in 2023.
