2001 Maxum 3500 SCR

The 2001 Maxum 3500 SCR is a 35-foot fiberglass express cruiser powered by twin MerCruiser 7.4L MPI engines rated at 620 total horsepower. The engines have logged fewer than 600 hours and receive regular service. A Westerbeke 5.0 BCGTC generator provides power for extended cruising, and the boat is equipped with a Marine Air reverse-cycle air conditioning system.

Below deck, the layout combines sleeping and living spaces efficiently. The forward stateroom features an island berth with privacy door, hanging lockers, and storage. The salon includes a starboard settee with overhead storage. A mid-cabin lounge converts to a double berth with privacy curtain, suitable for guests. The galley is outfitted with solid-surface counters, a two-burner electric Princess stove, Samsung microwave, and an Isotherm 12/110-volt refrigerator/freezer. The enclosed head contains a VacuFlush toilet (recently rebuilt) and hot/cold shower.

Topside, the cockpit is designed around a large entertaining layout with a wet bar and sink, U-shaped seating with removable table, double-wide helm seat, portside lounger, and full camper canvas with clear isinglass. An extended swim platform with integrated ladder and transom storage is accessed via molded steps through the windshield. Navigation equipment includes a new remanufactured Raymarine E120 GPS/chartplotter and two ICOM IC-M504 VHF radios. Ground tackle consists of a Delta plow anchor with chain and nylon rode controlled by a Lewmar windlass with helm and foot pad controls. The marine air conditioning system receives annual service.
