2001 Nordhavn 35 Coastal Pilot

The 2001 Nordhavn 35 Coastal Pilot is a well-maintained fiberglass motor yacht designed for comfortable coastal cruising. Built with a single 350 hp Yanmar diesel engine, the boat delivers reliable performance for extended passages. The accommodations center on a spacious forward owner's stateroom featuring a walk-around queen berth, custom mattress, dual nightstands, an upholstered bench seat with chain locker access, and extensive storage throughout. The galley to port is U-shaped with Corian countertops, double stainless steel sinks, electric stove with oven, refrigerator/freezer, and substantial locker and drawer storage. Above the galley is a pilothouse with excellent visibility through nine windows and an opening hatch, featuring a helm and two-person upholstered bench. A raised dinette with mahogany table converts into a double berth, while a straight settee to starboard includes a fold-down chart table. The electrical and mechanical systems have received substantial recent investment. New house and start batteries from Lifeline were installed in 2023, along with a Kotek 3000 inverter/charger and backup battery charger. A Kohler 6 kW generator was added in 2021 with 140 hours on the meter. Navigation equipment includes dual Garmin chart plotters, Garmin radar and AIS, Simrad autopilots, and a new Garmin VHF. The engine compartment features recent hose replacements, new strainers, and upgraded bilge pumps. A Muir windlass with new Rocna anchor and 400 feet of chain, bow thruster, and hydraulic steering support daily operations. A 10-foot 4-inch RIB with 20 hp Tohatsu outboard and davit system is included. Reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating, fire suppression, fresh and salt water wash-downs, and a freshly painted bottom complete the offering.
