The 2001 Sea Ray Sundancer 460 is a 46-foot fiberglass cruiser powered by twin Cummins 6CTA 8.3 diesel engines producing 860 horsepower combined. The boat features a 14.8-foot beam, 3-foot 7-inch draft, and includes a bow thruster, hardtop, and hydraulic swim deck lift. A 10-kilowatt Westerbeke generator provides auxiliary power, while fuel capacity reaches 400 gallons with a 100-gallon fresh water tank and 60-gallon holding tank.
The interior layout includes two staterooms with private sliding pocket doors, two heads with showers, and a main salon with a convertible sofa bed. The cabin is finished with real cherry wood flooring and equipped with AC/heat, a refrigerator with separate freezer, and an ice maker in the cockpit. A 3000-watt inverter/charger and Starlink internet are hardwired throughout.
Recent maintenance and upgrades include new bottom paint applied in spring 2024, after coolers serviced in spring 2024, new batteries installed in 2023, and the 1000-hour engine service completed in spring 2022. The props were lab finished and certified in 2022. Annual service includes engine, transmission, and generator checks each fall, with all impellers changed seasonally.
