This 85-foot aluminum houseboat spans 18 feet at the beam and is powered by twin Mercruiser 5.0 gasoline engines. The boat features hydraulic bow and stern thrusters for precise maneuvering, along with a 20 kW Westerbake generator and 3500-watt Magnum inverter for onboard power. Two jet ski cradles with winches are installed, and a 3.5-ton marine air conditioning system provides climate control throughout.

The interior holds four bedrooms and two bathrooms laid out for comfortable extended living. Finishes include shiplap ceilings and black bamboo flooring.
