2002 Cabo 31 Express

The 2002 Cabo 31 Express is a fiberglass sportfishing boat built on a proven design known for seaworthiness and durability. Its moderate V-hull and 12-foot-6-inch beam deliver stability and a smooth ride in varied conditions. Twin turbocharged Caterpillar 3126TA diesel engines produce 385 horsepower each, pushing the boat to a top speed of 30 knots with a cruising speed of 23 to 25 knots.

The layout pairs serious fishing capability with genuine living space. A tuna tower provides an elevated steering station for spotting, while the expansive cockpit is built for extended fishing operations. Below, the interior moves beyond typical sportfish accommodation with sleeping for four, a galley finished with Corian countertops, and teak and holly flooring throughout. The enclosed head includes a shower.
