A 2002 Perini Navi Cruising Ketch designed by Dubois Naval Architects, this 170-foot aluminum-hulled yacht represents a significant departure from the builder's traditional steel construction. The collaboration between Perini Navi and Dubois produced a performance-focused cruising yacht with a distinctive sporty profile. The lightweight aluminum hull displaces 365 tonnes, substantially less than conventional Perini steel builds, allowing for a deeper fin and bulb keel of 4.9 metres and enhanced boatspeed. The high-aspect-ratio carbon-fiber ketch rig, built by Marten Spars, rises 57.7 metres above the waterline, paired with an unusually tall 44.3-metre mizzen. Twin helmstations on the aft deck provide independent sail control through joystick-operated Perini captive-reel winches capable of handling loads up to 22 tonnes, with automatic sheet easing via load sensors. A single 1,397 hp Caterpillar diesel engine delivers a cruising speed of 13 knots and maximum speed of 14 knots.
The interior, designed by Rémi Tessier, embraces minimalist aesthetics with modern walnut joinery and wenge accents throughout. The main deck contains a pilothouse that serves as command, navigation, and communications center, a bar, salon, and covered al fresco dining area. Below deck, the full-beam master suite occupies the aft section, with two twin cabins and two double guest cabins arranged symmetrically off a central corridor. Ten cabins accommodate the full complement of guests and crew. The engine room sits forward of amidships for optimal weight distribution and separates the guest quarters from crew spaces forward.
The yacht underwent full paint, rig service, and special survey in spring 2026. One owner has maintained the boat since delivery.
