2002 Princess 45 Flybridge Motor Yacht

The 2002 Princess 45 is a 46-foot flybridge motor yacht built in fiberglass with twin 420-horsepower Caterpillar diesel engines. She reaches 28 knots at full throttle and cruises comfortably at 22 knots. Dual helm stations—one on the flybridge and one in the saloon—give commanding views and full control of bow and stern thrusters, trim tabs, and electric windlass from either position.

Three cabins and two full en-suite bathrooms provide comfortable accommodation. The starboard cabin features convertible single beds with direct access to its head; the port cabin has two single bunks with shared bathroom access. The master cabin rounds out the layout. Below, the saloon showcases blue leather seating and cherrywood trim, while the galley is fitted with a ceramic three-ring hob, combination microwave oven and grill, stainless steel double sink, and refrigerator. Climate control throughout includes three heat pump air conditioning systems—with the salon unit replaced in 2023—plus an Eberspächer diesel heating system.

The flybridge offers cushioned vinyl seating with storage, teak tables, a large bimini top, sun bed cushions, and a refrigerated cool box. The cockpit features LED lighting and an electro-hydraulic transom crane. A teak swim platform with hot and cold shower, stainless steel ladder, and tender storage complete the exterior. Electronics include Raymarine and Furuno chartplotters, autopilots, and a Simrad VHF radio at both helms, plus a 7-kilowatt diesel generator and dual battery banks installed in 2023 and 2020.

The yacht carries 1,636 liters of fuel capacity, 586 liters of fresh water, and runs on approximately 800 engine hours. A six-person liferaft, life jackets, fire extinguishers with automatic engine room suppression, and full safety equipment are on board. Original documentation and five years of maintenance invoices accompany the yacht.
