2002 Regal Commodore 3860

The 2002 Regal Commodore 3860 is a 38-foot express cruiser powered by twin Volvo Penta 8.1 GXi gas engines producing 750 horsepower combined. Built on a modified-V fiberglass hull, the boat features a semicircular cockpit settee with a wet bar, walk-through windshield for bow access, and a hydraulically lifting rear deck for engine compartment entry from the swim platform. Foredeck sun pad, anchor washdown, and power windshield vent round out the outdoor spaces.

Below decks, two staterooms offer privacy doors rather than curtains, while the galley features hardwood flooring contrasted by high-gloss cherry joinery in the salon. A second head is built into the aft stateroom—an uncommon convenience for a boat this size. Air conditioning and heating support year-round use, and fresh water systems are installed throughout.

Recent updates include new canvas, sunpad, and bottom paint in 2024 and 2025, along with new batteries, a 40-inch smart television, and a polished stainless steel anchor. A full suite of Raymarine and Garmin electronics is upgraded and operational. Audio includes JL Audio speakers and subwoofers across three Fusion sound decks with four separate zones. Teak Seadek covers the cockpit and swim platform, complemented by underwater, side, and bow lighting.

The engine compartment has been fully serviced, and the boat completed a survey in 2022.
