The 2002 Regal Commodore 3860 is a 38-foot fiberglass cruiser built on a modified-V hull with a solid fiberglass bottom. She's powered by two 420-horsepower MerCruiser 8.1S HO freshwater-cooled engines with V-drive configuration, which cruise at 18 knots with a top speed exceeding 30 knots. The boat's design balances performance with practical accommodations for extended cruising.

The interior features two staterooms, each with sliding privacy doors, and unusually for a boat of this size, includes a second full head compartment in the aft stateroom. The galley showcases hardwood flooring and high-gloss cherry joinery throughout the salon. The cockpit incorporates a semicircular settee for guest seating and a wet bar.
