This 80-foot Sumerset aluminum houseboat offers expansive living space with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite is located in the private Z Hall, while additional sleeping accommodates a king bed, two queens, and a twin cuddy with two berths. The layout includes a full laundry room with a side-by-side Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer, and a trash compactor in the galley.

Twin 5.0 Mercruiser engines power the boat, with recorded hours of 406 and 408 respectively. A 15 kW Westerbeke generator provides auxiliary power, supported by dual 90-gallon fuel tanks, quad 80-gallon fresh water tanks, and twin 80-gallon waste holding tanks. The boat is fully insulated and equipped with a bow thruster for maneuvering.

The main deck features extensive granite countertops and a full bar upstairs with sink, refrigerator, and ice maker. A hard 20-foot party top with a 55-inch TV tops the main salon, which has a separate smart TV with surround sound. The fly bridge includes full helm controls.
