2002 Tiara Yachts 3500 Open

The 2002 Tiara Yachts 3500 Open is a 35-foot fiberglass cruiser powered by twin Cummins diesel engines delivering 740 horsepower. The boat cruises at 23 knots and features the model's signature curved reverse transom with integrated swim platform and bow pulpit, complemented by a hard top and fully enclosed canvas with Makrolon windows.

The cockpit offers a double-wide back-to-back helm seat and companion seating. Below, the layout centers on a spacious salon with 6'6" headroom, a galley, and a full head with shower. The owner's stateroom features a queen-sized pedestal berth with 6'4" headroom. Additional sleeping is provided by a convertible lounge that serves as dinette or double berth, plus a pullman-style option.

Recent work includes new shaft seals, cutlass bearings, and haul-out with fresh bottom paint and zincs in spring 2025. The engines received cooling system service and alignment in fall 2025, with the dinghy motor also serviced. Battery and electrical upgrades include new batteries and a Victron IP22 smart charger. The head was updated with a Vacuflush toilet and new plumbing. An upgraded RD242 Radome was installed on a new Seaview mast, and new Sunbrella canvas with Makrolon windows was fitted in 2024.
