2002 Tiara Yachts 3800 Open

This 2002 Tiara 3800 Open is a 38-foot express cruiser built around twin Cummins 6CTA8.3 diesel engines producing 900 horsepower, with just 980 hours on the engines. The design combines a custom curved windshield, refined sheer lines, reverse transom, and integrated bow pulpit to create a distinctive profile within the Tiara Open series.

Below deck, the interior centers on an owner's stateroom with a double pedestal berth, followed by a full head with separate shower and dual access, a complete galley, and a U-shaped dinette that converts to a double berth. The dinette's lounge back also raises to form a pullman-style sleeping surface, adding flexibility to the cabin layout.

The boat has received substantial recent work: the hull underwent soda blasting followed by a barrier coat and fresh paint, detailing was completed throughout, a four-sided helm enclosure was installed new, a custom slant-back cockpit cover is new, and televisions were replaced. Trim tabs are fitted for stability and control. The boat cruises at approximately 22 knots with a top speed near 26 knots.
