This 2003 Azimut 42 is a fiberglass motor yacht powered by twin Volvo D6-435 diesel engines producing 870 horsepower combined. With new engines installed in 2020 and only 180 hours of runtime, she cruises at 25 knots and reaches a maximum speed of 36 knots. The yacht underwent extensive refitting in 2019 and 2020, including new exterior upholstery, updated stainless steel anchor windlass with 50 meters of chain, teak bathing platform, and a telescopic passerelle with renewed mechanisms.
The interior features walnut wood cabinetry with contemporary furnishings throughout. The main saloon includes a U-shaped sofa convertible to a double bed, removable extending table, and direct access to the cockpit. The forward master cabin has an island double bed, two wardrobes, and private ensuite bathroom. A second guest cabin with twin berths converts to a double bed and shares a Jack-and-Jill head with the saloon. The galley is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator and freezer.
The flybridge offers a second helm station, lounge seating, and a sunpad for relaxed cruising. A large sunpad on the bow provides additional outdoor space. Below deck, the yacht is equipped with dual Raymarine radar and GPS systems at both helms, Humphree interceptors with auto-trim, bow thruster, Coelmo generator, three air conditioning units, Mastervolt battery systems, and automatic engine room fire extinguishers. All major electrical and primary components were refitted new during the 2019–2020 refit.
