2003 Beneteau 393

This 2003 Beneteau 393 is a 39-foot fiberglass cruising sloop built around a straightforward, well-proven design. Known for spacious interiors and capable performance, this example carries a two-cabin, two-head layout with a large salon featuring a credenza along the starboard side and a substantial dining table. Cherry wood and numerous portlights and hatches create a traditionally finished interior with good natural light and air flow.

The boat is equipped with in-mast furling main and roller furling genoa, making sail handling manageable from the cockpit. A single 40-horsepower Westerbeke diesel powers the boat, supported by a windlass for anchor work. Electronics include a chartplotter (2024) and autopilot. Creature comforts include air conditioning with reverse cycle heat, refrigeration, and an inverter. Twin heads have freshwater flush systems. Both cabins have new mattress toppers.

The hull received fresh bottom paint in May 2024. The engine shows 907 hours of use. A large cockpit with walk-through transom and wide side decks provide good access and working room. The boat handles readily in light and heavy conditions and steers easily on the helm.
