This 2003 Cruisers Yachts 4050 Express is a 40-foot fiberglass motor yacht built for comfortable cruising. Twin Yanmar diesel engines rated at 370 horsepower each power the boat, supported by a shaft drive system with PropSpeed-coated running gear. The boat has logged 1,240 hours and received a 1,000-hour diesel service in 2025. Additional equipment includes bow and stern thrusters for maneuvering, a 25-kilogram Rocna anchor with 300 feet of all-chain rode, and a wireless remote docking control system.
The helm was upgraded in 2022 with integrated Garmin chartplotters, radar, autopilot, AIS, and VHF radio. A Starlink High Performance antenna provides connectivity. The 14-foot beam creates a spacious interior with a two-stateroom layout: a forward master with an island berth and an aft stateroom with a walk-around queen. The salon converts to sleeping quarters and features high-quality cabinetry with excellent natural light.
Accommodations include a galley upgraded in 2023 with an induction cooktop, convection microwave, and refrigerator-freezer, plus generous storage and solid surface countertops. The two heads feature a separate shower stall, hot water system, and an ElectroScan Type I MSD system. Climate control is provided by new marine air conditioning units installed forward and aft in 2024. The spacious cockpit includes a wet bar with sink, fridge and ice maker, seating, and a table. A radar arch with enclosure provides weather protection.
The boat comes equipped with a 10-foot Hypalon tender, a 6 horsepower Mercury outboard, and a St. Croix davit system for deployment. An integrated swim platform with ladder accesses the water. LED lighting is installed throughout the yacht.
