2003 Custom Sea Star Pilot House

This 2003 custom 65-foot pilothouse was designed by renowned yacht designer Don Shead and combines long-range cruising capability with the spacious accommodations of a much larger motor yacht. Built on a fiberglass hull, the boat features classic pilothouse styling with practical deck layout. A hinged radar arch allows for bridge clearance, while the wide side decks, teak toe rails, and oversized stainless steel hardware support safe passage and cruising. The hydraulic swim platform with tender chocks, swinging transom gate, and dual lazarette storage complete the working deck.

The interior showcases teak and holly flooring, birch paneled walls with mahogany trim, and generous natural light from large windows throughout the salon and pilothouse. The main salon includes an L-shaped lounge with storage, entertainment center, and Bose surround sound. The galley is well-equipped with Sub-Zero refrigeration, electric cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave, adjacent to a large U-shaped dinette that converts to an additional berth. Below deck are two guest staterooms plus a full-beam master with king berth and private ensuite, all air-conditioned and appointed with storage and entertainment systems.

The expansive flybridge features a second helm station with full instrumentation, large sun deck, wet bar with sink and U-Line refrigerator, grill, and convertible seating. Twin MAN diesel engines with ZF gears deliver reliable cruising performance. The boat is equipped with dual Kohler generators, Mastervolt control systems, navigation electronics including Northstar multifunction display, Furuno radar, and Robertson autopilot, plus a bow thruster and central vacuum system throughout.
