The 2003 El Pescador Classic is a 24-foot center-console flats boat built from fiberglass with a V-pad tunnel hull designed for Texas coastal waters. The sharp-entry design allows it to run shallow through back bays while maintaining a smooth, dry ride in open chop. Power comes from a single Yamaha 150 hp gasoline engine with a recently replaced lower unit and low engine hours of 387. Heavy-duty hydraulic steering and a center console with under-storage provide easy operation and organization.
The open floor plan features a modular, spacious layout with 360-degree fishability. Dual live wells—one recirculating—support extended fishing days, while four ice chests and removable bench or cooler seating offer flexibility for different outings. Massive casting decks and dedicated rod storage complete the fishing-focused design. A custom hardtop was added in 2020 to provide weather protection.
The boat is hand-crafted using 100 percent fiberglass and foam-core construction to keep weight down and prevent rot. It has been owned by two keepers who maintained it under cover, preserving its condition. The included trailer features dual 3,500 lb axles and a heavy-duty channel steel frame rated for a combined GVWR of 7,000 to 14,000 lbs. New trailer tires have been installed.
