2003 Fantasy 18x80 Houseboat

This 80-foot aluminum houseboat offers spacious living with six bedrooms and two bathrooms. Twin 3.0 Mercruiser engines power the boat, supported by a Westerbeke generator installed new in 2023. The flybridge, party top, and top deck bar with granite countertop create multiple entertaining spaces, while two jet ski ramps and a slide add recreation options.

The main deck includes a full galley with dishwasher, microwave, stove, and refrigerator, plus a stackable washer and dryer. A center hallway converts to a side hallway layout with a designated rear door, allowing flexible use of interior space.

A comprehensive renovation was completed in 2024 and 2025. Work included new bow and stern thrusters, full outboard service with gimbals and bellows replacement, new inverter and batteries, and installation of a new Purasan sanitation system with new toilets. The interior received new carpet and flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets with countertops and backsplash, and new appliances across all systems. Additional updates encompassed new outdoor carpet, new televisions including a 55-inch set in the main area and sets in each bedroom, new party top, new hardsides, new slide, and a new Pitthane roof.
