This 2003 Grady-White Express 265 is a 25-foot fiberglass sportfish built for serious offshore fishing. Twin Yamaha F250 four-stroke engines with digital control provide 500 total horsepower. The boat is equipped with a 2022 galvanized three-axle trailer and features a hardtop with forward LED spreader lights, outriggers, nine rod holders, a rigging station with fresh water sink, and a large fish box and live well. The swim platform includes a boarding ladder, and additional details include trim tabs, a bow pulpit, anchor windlass, raw water washdown, and front, side, and rear canvas weather seals.
The cabin sleeps two in a forward V-berth and includes an enclosed head with sink, shower, and toilet, plus a galley with sink, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. A 20-gallon fresh water tank, 250-gallon fuel tank, 110V inverter, and multiple storage options support extended trips. The cabin also has a portable gas burner and cockpit radio access.
Electronics are extensive, with a Simrad autopilot chartplotter, fishfinder with GPS, radar, and compass, plus two radios and stereo cockpit speakers. Both engines have recent service work completed: new fuel filters, oil filters, water separators, impellers, thermostats, spark plugs, and fresh engine and gear oil. The starboard engine shows 1,459 hours and compression readings of 178–190 psi. The port engine has 1,445 hours with compression testing pending completion.
