2003 Hunter 326

The 2003 Hunter 326 is a 32-foot fiberglass cruiser built around a thoughtful layout that prioritizes comfort and ease of handling. Two private staterooms with solid bulkheads provide genuine separation, while the main salon features a drop-down table that converts to additional sleeping space. The galley is fitted with a stove, microwave, and insulated icebox, and a full head with shower serves the accommodations. The boat's defining feature is its large cockpit with full cushions and generous seating, accessible via a walk-through transom to a swim platform with hot and cold shower.

On deck, the Hunter employs a backstayless B&R rig with in-mast furling main and roller-furling jib, designed to reduce weight aloft and simplify sail handling. A stainless steel arch frames the cockpit, providing handholds and boom clearance while supporting optional shade. The custom console accommodates electronics, storage, and drop-down tables. A Yanmar 18-horsepower diesel powers the boat, supported by a Suzuki 4-stroke 2.5-hp outboard tender engine.

Electronics include a Garmin GPS/EchoMap chartplotter, Raymarine autopilot and depth finder, Ritchie compass, and Uniden VHF radio. The electrical system comprises three batteries with a Pro Mariner charger and automatic charging relay. Deck gear includes four 30-speed winches, a Selden furling mast system, a 26-pound anchor with chain and rode, and full cockpit safety equipment.

Recent maintenance includes a new rudder in 2022, new shaft and propeller in 2020, bottom job in October 2021, new mainsail in 2026, and buff and wax in 2026. The boat has been kept on a lift since 2022, protecting it from marine growth and weather.
