2003 Lagoon 380

This 2003 Lagoon 380 is a fiberglass catamaran designed for extended cruising. The 38-foot hull with 21-foot beam provides stability and spacious accommodations across four cabins and two heads, making it suitable for family voyages. Power comes from two Yanmar 3YM 30-horsepower diesel engines, serviced in 2025 with 4,580 hours logged.

The sailing package is comprehensive and well-maintained. The rigging and furling genoa was replaced in 2022, with North Sails in good condition and full batten configuration. An automatic reefing system was added in 2023, paired with a Winchrite ABT control. Deck upgrades include a waterproof lazybag and lazyjacks from 2025, stainless steel tiller, and new three-bladed propellers. The dual engine control box with all cables dates to 2022.

Navigation and communication systems reflect recent investment: a Raymarine Axiom+ 9-inch sonar with Navionics charts for Central America and the Caribbean (2024), AIS Class B with integrated splitter, VHF with MMSI capability (2024), and autopilot. Power systems include four Trojan 450-amp service batteries and two starter batteries (both 2023), a 400-watt wind turbine serviced in 2023, and a 240-watt solar panel with MPPT regulator (2024). Two converters provide 300 and 800 watts of pure sine wave power. Water systems feature a pressurized seawater setup, a fridge and freezer with icebox, and 600 liters of rainwater collection with filtration (2025).

The catamaran includes substantial infrastructure and accessories: a Whaly 270 rigid dinghy with 2023 Nissan 5-horsepower outboard, folding anchor, and davit-mounted cradle; a new windlass control system (2024) with secondary helm station; raised bimini and fixed canopy with Sunbrella fabric; PVC-lined windshield; dual stern gangways; four stainless steel stern balconies; and a 200-liter fuel tank with three gas bottles. Extensive storage includes 12 labeled waterproof boxes containing spare parts, tools, and ship's provisions. A PowerRay Wizard underwater drone with advanced camera and sonar package, carrying case, and VR headset is included.
