2003 Post Convertible

This 56-foot Post Convertible is hull number 6 from a limited production run of eight built by Russell Post. Twin MAN diesel engines produce 2,600 horsepower combined and have logged fewer than 1,000 original hours. The boat reaches 40 knots at top speed with a cruising speed of 36 knots. A full Awlcraft paint job was completed in 2018.

Below deck, the accommodations include three staterooms with an ensuite master cabin and an adjoining full guest head, plus washer and dryer. The galley is fully equipped with a six-drawer subzero refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, sink, and instant hot water. The salon features teak and holly laminate flooring, mat-finished teak throughout, a large leather U-shaped lounge with storage, a pop-up flatscreen TV console, and a custom lighted liquor cabinet with bar.

The flybridge is fully outfitted with Glendinning single lever controls, two Pompanette Signature Series helm chairs, a refrigerated drink box, and ample seating with cushions and under-seat storage. A hard top with three-quarter EZ2CY enclosure provides weather protection. The cockpit has new teak decking, a solid teak cocktail table on chrome pedestal, new Rupp triple outriggers, and a tackle center with drawers and bait prep sink. Additional fishing features include a transom tuna door, built-in baitwell, and two 200-gallon in-deck fish boxes.

Recent maintenance includes three coats of bottom paint, new shaft seals, reconditioned Veem propellers, a rebuilt rudder post assembly, and all new seacocks.
