2003 Regal Commodore 3860

The 2003 Regal Commodore 3860 is a 40-foot express cruiser built on a modified-V fiberglass hull. Twin Volvo Penta gasoline engines deliver a cruising speed of 18 knots with a top speed of 30 knots. The design balances performance with comfort, offering a practical layout for extended cruising and entertaining.

The interior features two staterooms, each with sliding privacy doors. The aft stateroom includes its own head compartment—an unusual amenity for a boat this size. The galley showcases hardwood floors and high-gloss cherry cabinetry. The salon and cabin spaces are finished to a polished standard that complements the hardwood accents throughout.

The cockpit centers on a semicircular settee for guest seating, with a wet bar and refrigerator positioned behind the helm. A walkthrough windshield allows convenient access to the bow area. Two full head compartments serve the living spaces.

The yacht carries a full complement of onboard systems: air conditioning and heating, a Kohler generator for power independence, and navigation electronics including a Garmin 2010C GPS/Chartplotter and Raymarine RC320 plotter with autopilot. The camper canvas was replaced in 2024.
