The 2003 Rinker Fiesta Vee 342 is a 37-foot express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull with a 12-foot beam. Twin Mercury engines deliver 640 total horsepower, paired with dual-prop drives for smooth handling and solid performance. The boat cruises at 25 knots and reaches 31 knots at top speed, making it well-suited for weekend trips and extended cruising.

Below deck, the accommodations sleep six with a forward V-berth, mid-cabin double, and convertible dinette. The galley features a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dual-burner cooktop, and stainless steel sink with solid-surface countertops. The head includes a VacuFlush toilet, separate stand-up shower, vanity, and hot water system. Cherry wood cabinetry and air conditioning with reverse-cycle heating provide comfort throughout.

The cockpit prioritizes entertaining, with wraparound seating for six to eight guests, wet bar with sink, refrigerator and ice maker, blender station, removable table, and sun pad cushions.
