2003 Sea Ray 290 Amberjack

The 2003 Sea Ray 290 Amberjack is a 31-foot sportfish cruiser built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin MerCruiser engines producing 520 horsepower combined. The starboard engine requires a raw water pump; the port engine runs. The boat features an open cockpit layout with spacious seating, wide gunwales, and concealed storage for water toys. An aluminum arch with rocket launcher rod holders and outriggers is installed.

Below deck, the cabin accommodates overnight cruising with a convertible dinette that transforms into a double berth, a forward cabin with storage underneath and ample cabinet space, and a galley equipped with a dual-voltage refrigerator, microwave, and fiberglass countertop with built-in sink. The head includes a VacuFlush toilet, mirrored vanity with sink, and storage. A privacy curtain separates the forward berth, and a screened hatch provides natural light and ventilation.
