The 2003 SeaSport Explorer 2400 is a 24-foot dual-console fishing boat built on a solid fiberglass deep-V hull with an 8.5-foot beam. It's powered by a single 300-horsepower MerCruiser engine paired with a Bravo 3 dual-prop drive, capable of cruising at 26 knots and reaching speeds near 36 knots. The engine has approximately 380 hours of use. A 9.9-horsepower Yamaha trolling motor with electric lift is also onboard for low-speed fishing and maneuvering.
The boat features an enclosed helm station with a 10-inch Garmin multiscreen display showing chartplotter, depth sounder, and radar. An open cockpit helm allows for fair-weather operation, while the spacious fishing cockpit includes rod holders, self-bailing capability, high gunwales, and dedicated gear storage. Stainless steel rails extend to the foredeck with integrated crab and prawn trap storage.
Below deck, a single cabin provides sleeping accommodation with a full V-berth and privacy curtain, plus a drop-down table that converts to an additional bunk. The galley includes a two-burner electric and alcohol stove, refrigerator, deep stainless steel sink, and workable counter space. An enclosed head with shower, cabin heating, ventilation, and window screens complete the interior. Storage compartments are distributed throughout for extended voyages.
The boat includes a swim platform, boarding ladder, stainless steel radar arch, and comes on a dual-axle trailer for transport.
