The 2003 Tiara 3100 Open LE is a 31-foot express cruiser built on Tiara's reputation for solid, overbuilt construction. Powered by twin Crusader engines producing 770 horsepower, the boat combines genuine offshore capability with refined family cruising. The Limited Edition trim includes a gold gelcoat boot stripe, wood-rimmed steering wheel, and premium upholstery, distinguishing it from standard fishing variants. A factory-integrated hardtop provides weather protection and sturdy mounting for electronics and outriggers.

The open cockpit design prioritizes usability, with a flush single-level floor running from transom to cabin, a double-wide helm seat, and curved companion lounge to port. A fold-down transom lounge maximizes deck space, while a large transom door, insulated fish boxes, and prep center accommodate fishing needs.
